Dr. Ajit Pargaonkar
Dr Ajit Pargaonkar graduated from the Government Dental Collage, Mumbai in 1974. Soon after graduation, Dr Ajit started his own dental practice in pune. With over 35 years of experience in the General and Cosmetic Dentistry, he can be best described as Professional, Approachable and Highly Skilled in the Science and Art of Dentistry.

Dr Ajit’s emphasis on the highest quality of service and hygiene in Dentistry has ensured that his services are ever in demand and growing. He believes in treating patients on individual basis and believes that every patient has different needs and expectations. He has a history of many satisfied patients for the last three decades. He is strictly adhering to ethics of dental practice.

For Dr Ajit, the process of Learning and Skill Development is never ending. He takes special personal interest in attending conferences, seminars and programs on Dentistry, which enables him to interact with the Dental Fraternity as well as keep abreast with the latest in Dental Medicine and Technology.

Dr Ajit has maintained close interactions with Medical Institutions. He has played a key role in setting up dental departments at various hospitals and institutions. His leadership and training capabilities have given valuable guidance to our clinic and young dentists in Pune.

Dr. Arundhati Pargoankar
Dr Arundhati, a gold medalist, from the Government Dental College, Mumbai, graduated in 1974. She chose to start her early career by working closely with various community dental services and hospitals like Ruby hall and universities. Her career as an Associate Professor in the Teaching & Researching Dentistry area at B J Medical College was for over 17 years.

This valuable experience made her start her own dental private practice in 1994. Her broad based clinical and academic experience enables her to provide a broader spectrum of vision to our clinics. Besides her passion for clinical dentistry, she is well linked with her patients due to her excellent communication skills and builds close and trusting relationship.

Dr Arundhati is a regular contributor for major seminars and dental organizations that promote dental health and awareness. Her commitment to profession makes her attend many continuing education programmes related to latest technology and clinical skills.

Dr. Sneha Pargoankar
Dr Sneha, younger daughter of Dr. Ajit & Arundhati Pargaonkar, decided to join Dentistry, following the footsteps of her parents and elder sister.

Armed with a Bachelor’s Degree in Dentistry from the reputed Dental College and Hospital in Pune, in the year 2003. Dr Sneha worked in various dental departments and participated in numerous dental awareness programs. This year gave Sneha a fair amount experience in Dentistry. In addition, she has also completed a Nobel Fellowship program in Implant Dentistry.

She joined her father, Dr Ajit’s dental practice in 2004 and has been working closely with him at their Clinic. She adds fresh enthusiasm and new ideas in the practice.

Dr Sneha’s focus has been on implant, cosmetic and general dentistry in professional, warm and friendly environment. Her Nobel Fellowship program gave her a good insight in the latest techniques available for implants.

She continually attends short courses in cosmetic dentistry as well as e-learning programs in an effort to provide her patients with most comfortable dental practice and techniques possible. She actively takes part in conducting health awareness programs and free dental camps at her clinic.
